Beds, lifting equipment, wheelchairs, mobility, respiratory and toileting equipment are offered on loan after a needs assessment.

Provider: Hospice Malta
Eligibility: Individual assessment and provider criteria apply. A diagnosis alone does not establish entitlement.
Application: Contact the provider using its official page. Confirm current criteria and the application process.
Documents: Ask the provider which documents are required. Keep medical reports with you; do not upload them to this website.
Cost: Free of charge for qualifying Hospice patients after assessment.
Referral: Contact Hospice for an assessment and its patient referral requirements.
Funding: No funding commitment is made by this website.
